Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request may be approved if:

• An incorrect product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The item remains unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, accessories, tags, shoulder straps, keys, and invoices are included.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

• The product has been used, worn, altered, scratched, or damaged after delivery.

• Original packaging, accessories, tags, or invoice are missing.

• The return request is submitted after the 7-day return period.

• The item was purchased during a clearance, final sale, or promotional campaign unless it is defective.

• The product shows signs of misuse or improper handling.

• The customer changes their mind after using the product.

Genuine Leather & Color Variation

Our products are made from genuine leather, a natural material that may display unique textures, grain patterns, markings, and tonal variations.

Please note:

• Slight variations in leather texture and grain are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

• Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, photography lighting, and display devices.

• Pull-up leather, tan leather, burgundy leather, and vintage-finish leather may naturally vary in shade and appearance.

These characteristics are not considered defects and reflect the authenticity of genuine leather craftsmanship.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp, Email, or Contact Form.

• Provide your Order Number.

• Share your Full Name and Contact Information.

• Explain the reason for the return or exchange request.

• Provide clear photos or videos if the issue relates to damage or defects.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

• If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference.

• If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining amount may be provided as store credit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in approved cases, including:

• Receipt of a defective product.

• Receipt of a damaged product.

• Receipt of an incorrect item.

• Inability to provide a replacement for an approved return.

Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method, where applicable.

Shipping Charges for Returns
