Will the color of the bag look exactly like the photos?
We strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and device displays.
Will my leather bag change over time?
Yes. Genuine leather naturally develops character with use and age. Over time, the leather may soften and develop a unique patina that enhances its appearance.
Will my laptop fit inside the bag?
Most of our briefcases and laptop bags are designed to accommodate laptops and work essentials. Please refer to the dimensions listed on the product page before purchasing.

How do I place an order?

How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Can leather bags get wet?
Genuine leather is durable but should not be exposed to excessive moisture. If your bag becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Do your bags come with a shoulder strap?

Do your bags have warranty coverage?
